By leveraging advanced AI technology, we are revolutionizing our recruitment process to achieve faster, more cost-effective hiring while ensuring critical human judgment remains central to key decision-making.

Candidates are already using AI tools to build their resumes. Our process uses multiple AI tools to screen resumes to ensure only those with relevant skills and experiences are short listed for a phone screen.  

An AI presence follows up with all short-listed candidates via email to assess writing skills and genuine interest.  

Our phone screen process still utilizes a human element. Our research indicates that most candidates still have an unfavorable opinion of companies that are not willing to have a person-to-person conversation with them. Our US based recruiters will conduct a phone or video screen of all remaining candidates to assess communication, capability and culture fit.  

Based on the resume review, email screen, and phone screen, a small selection of resumes will be sent to you for final evaluation and video or in-person interviews will be scheduled.  

Once you choose a candidate, you can either hire them directly or contract us to hire them on your behalf.
