Hiring Options

Let’s take a look at what options are available to you when hiring a candidate.

Direct Hire

This options require the most effort on your end. You will have to run the candidate through your hiring process. You will either W2 or 1099 the employee. This means covering their benefits, sick days, personal days off, paying taxes, and maintaining state level requirements for the employee.  

If the candidate does not work out, you will have to go through your exiting process which should abide by state-level requirements.  

You would process payroll for this employee on a regular basis.  

Contract Hire

This option requires the least effort on your end. We would hire the person in our company. We will W2 or 1099 the employee. We would cover their benefits, taxes, sick days, personal time off, and state requirements.  

If the candidate does not work out, you only need to notify us of your decision. We will work to move the candidate to another opportunity if one is available.  

We would process payroll for the employee and invoice you for work performed.  

The employee would be granted access to your training, your equipment, your office and your meetings as you see fit. You would provide day to day management of the resource.  

We would provide coaching for the resource on a regular basis to ensure they are performing as expected and are growing in their career as they desire.  

Contract to Direct Hire (Hybrid Solution)

This solution allows you the best of both worlds. We would hire the person in our company. We would take care of processing their salary, their benefits, taxes, state requirements, etc. 

If at some point, you wish to make the person a permanent member of your team, you can switch them over. We would terminate our employment agreement with the team member and they would become an employee of yours.
