Mr Chugh has a diverse history of creating lasting organizations and developing high-performing teams across the globe. When he left Allergan in 2015, it was no surprise that he would go on to found XL-Lead Consulting.
Prior to his role at XL-Lead, Mr Chugh had a highly successful career with multiple internal promotions across many top firms. Over the years, he has received awards for excellence, presented at numerous national events and even received the distinguished OC Human Relations Award.
His diverse career includes running a marketing campaign across Western Canada (yes, it is true, he did dress up as Sonic the Hedgehog), Big Four professional services experience, founding a non-profit network that contributed over 500,000 volunteer hours world-wide, and developing a strategic technology vision for a global pharmaceutical firm.
What makes Mr Chugh unique, however, is his ability to face and solve challenges head-on, to bring energy and creativity to any organizational initiative, and to influence extremely diverse groups. His insatiable appetite for hard work, process-minded thinking, and impeccable integrity has constantly landed him in leadership positions.
At XL-Lead, Mr Chugh stays focused on the needs of the client, always going above and beyond the call of duty. Currently, under his leadership, XL-Lead Consulting is helping organizations improve the way they deliver services, implement project management methodologies, and deliver information technology solutions.
In addition to overseeing all XL-Lead activities, Mr Chugh serves as a mentor to the Paul Merage UCI MBA Experiential Learning class.
