J’ne Hinger, Vice President, Global Clinical Trial Management, Allergan, Inc.
J’ne graduated with honors in Chemistry from the University of Colorado in 1985, before beginning her 25 year career at Pfizer. After a short time as an Organic Chemist, she followed her passion and moved into the clinical research arena. J’ne earned roles with increasing responsibility; focusing heavily on people management and staff development. J’ne was recognized by her direct reports earning her the prestigious Pfizer People Leader Award. A year later, J’ne was awarded the Pfizer Achievement Award for exemplary service and ability to establish an inspired, high performing team. This is the highest honor within the company.
In 2011, J’ne joined Allergan, Inc. as Vice President of Global Monitoring Operations and presently serves as Vice President of Global Clinical Trial Management. J’ne is responsible for leading a large global team of professionals charged with the operational delivery of ~150 clinical trials across several thousand clinical study sites in over 50 countries. The end goal is to provide safe and effective medicines to help people live healthier lives. J’ne is recognized as an expert leader with a natural ability to build strong and trusting organizations.
Personal: Passionate about travel, cooking and entertaining. When not travelling, she and her husband John enjoy time between Irvine and their vacation home in Palm Springs.
