A large Bio-Sciences Pharmaceutical based in the US needed support developing a mechanism to meet Sunshine Act Requirements. As part of the Affordable Care Act, a Patient Protection requirement for Pharmaceutical Companies forced the XL-Lead Consulting client to track payments to Health Care Providers and publish those payments for public review.

XL-Lead Consultants worked to update an existing application and corresponding integration with other systems. An XL-Lead Project Manager worked with the client to better understand their changing needs, prioritize requested changes, manage the development resources, test the changes, release to production, and train users on modifications.
