Sateen Sheth

Sateen Sheth is a masters-level professional with over a decade of experience in diverse organizational environments and industries. He has a varied skillset that includes project management, strategic planning, technology development, social enterprise, and social media and mobile strategy.

Sateen has been a management consultant for Deloitte Consulting and Commerce One Global Services, where he was responsible for developing and implementing Internet business solutions for Fortune 500 companies. He also spent several years working with the Wells Fargo Internet Services Group, where he was the manager responsible for business development and product strategy in the Social Media and Mobile space. He also was a manager at a world-renowned think tank at the University of Michigan, where he led projects advising and researching social enterprises and businesses solving social issues.

At XL-Lead, Sateen has led the successful development and implementation of several initiatives on the behalf of clients, including a department-wide forecasting process, executive and leadership dashboards, budgeting and project planning, IT report demand management, and a department-wide IT change control project.

Sateen has a BS in Mathematics & Business Economics from UCLA; he received his Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Social Work from the University of Michigan in 2007. He is an avid traveler, beach volleyball player and meditator.
